At the NCSS Service Summit 2025, DialogueForge demonstrated how AI-powered chat experiences can support frontline social service professionals. At the Summit, we introduced “Kai”, a conversational AI avatar powered by DialogueForge. Designed to feel safe and human-like, “Kai” interacts with users in real-time, understanding natural speech, responding empathetically, and guiding youths through early assessments to identify their needs.
Built on large language models with real-time speech processing, “Kai” enables seamless, multilingual conversations and integrates securely into SSA systems, helping scale engagement while supporting frontline staff with care and consistency.

At SIT AI Appreciation Day, DialogueForge was positioned as a co-pilot for higher education.
