Showcasing TalentForge: An AI-Powered Platform for the Future of Talent
At this year’s Innofest, we are showcasing TalentForge, our proprietary AI-powered talent management system. Built on cutting-edge AI accelerators such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation and speech-to-text capabilities, TalentForge is designed to transform how organisations — including the RSAF — attract, develop, and retain talent.
TalentForge comprises three integrated modules that span the full lifecycle of talent management:

It starts with smarter recruitment — identifying and bringing the right talent into the organisation with data-driven precision.
