Junyan leads the Consulting and Design practice at Temus, bringing over 15 years of consulting and industry experience, with a focus on Strategy and Transformation.

He has spent most of his career working with clients across Asia-Pacific on large-scale digital programs, blending business insight with tech fluency to deliver impact from vision through to value realization.

Selected achievements include:

- Development of a GenAI solution to fulfil Singapore’s vision of preventive health by empowering residents to lead healthier lifestyles
- Client service strategy to enhance cross-sell and profitability through process efficiency, automation, and digitization for a large global bank
- Public market study for a multilateral development bank on the use of digital to accelerate financial inclusion across four Southeast Asian countries
- Data transformation program for a large SEA conglomerate across data management, privacy, and architecture
- IT transformation for a SEA firm, covering IT delivery, portfolio management, and resourcing
- Country risk management framework for a leading SEA conglomerate in energy and utilities
- Hurdle rate methodology and board governance framework for a large SEA conglomerate
- Performance management framework and risk-adjusted measures for a leading SEA organisation

Junyan was previously with Oliver Wyman and Credit Suisse, where he advised leading institutions and public sector clients on strategy and transformation across the region.

He holds a First Class Honours degree in Finance from the Australian National University (ANU).
