Formerly Director for Public Sector across APJ at AWS, Carl has long championed Digital Public Infrastructure - pioneering “ecosystem consulting” with MOHH, and advancing hybrid quantum-classical computing research with A*STAR and NUS. He has also supported CPF Board, IRAS, GovTech’s GCC+ cloud, and digital transformation programs across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Carl brings both global expertise and regional experience, adding strength to Temus’ digital innovation agenda at a time when AI and next-generation infrastructure are reshaping the world.
