Vincent is a seasoned leader in technology consulting and business transformation with close to three decades of experience developing practices and leading strategic engagements across the public sector, healthcare and commercial industries. Having spent most of his career with Big 4 accounting firms, he most recently served as Partner for Government and Public Sector at Ernst & Young, and prior to that, Vincent was a Lead Client Partner for Healthcare at IBM Consulting. At Temus, Vincent will lead our services as the Head of Public Sector.

Vincent’s career has been defined by his ability to bridge technology and strategy, delivering impactful solutions for complex organisational challenges in public services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

In the community, Vincent is an active volunteer and an advocate for youth development and leadership. Working closely with constituency leaders, he has been leading and supporting community programs that drive the development of youth leaders to uplift residents and merchants in our heartland through ground-up initiatives and projects.
