Thank you, SMS Tan Kiat How, for your speech and to our Transformers Jeffrey and Vivienne for giving us some insight into your personal experiences with Step IT Up

Temus has come quite far these 2 years. We will end this year with >400 digital talent, and where Step IT Up has been a key accelerator and differentiator

Our journey would not have been possible without the support of our partners – MCI, IMDA and Govtech, much thanks for your trust and confidence in Temus and our Step IT Up program

At Temus, we strongly believe that people and talent is central to driving successful transformation outcomes

DPM Wong, in a recent Forward Singapore report, noted that beyond the formal education system, more needs to be done to equip Singaporeans for their lifelong journey of acquiring new skills

Step IT Up is a manifestation of this for Digital. Our experience running this program for a year and witnessing success of our Transformers confirms to us that the motivation to learn and learning agility is as important as aptitude or educational credentials. Our Step IT Up selection process closely assess these attributes and is the secret sauce of our success

I would like to end today’s session with a quote by Zig Zaglar which, many years back, a mentor of mine once quoted:

If you are NOT WILLING to learn, No one can help you

But if you are DETERMINED to learn, No one can stop you

This is truly the spirit of the Step IT Up program and the story of our Transformers

Thank You
